Regular Meetings – Since our goal is to empower our Members, we hold regular meetings throughout North America, giving Members the opportunity to gather and stay aware of activity within the Club. Members are also given access to meeting minutes so that if they are not able to attend a meeting, members still have the opportunity to be fully cognizant of the meeting content and actions.

Weekend Bootcamps - One of the things I wrote about in the Trading Industry's Dirty Little Secrets report was the fact that most investors are tired of the "Sales Pitch" Seminar (I agree). So to solve this problem UIN will hold a 2 day boot camps (free for UIN members) for the purpose of teaching our members how to become more savy investors in the area of real estate, stocks and forex.

Will there be items for sale at the event, yes. However, the event itself will be for educational purposes only and there will be no obligation or "pitch" to purchase anything. That is our promise to you our members.

Built-In Educational Program – At each regular Club meeting, we incorporate an educational component that increases and enhances every Member’s knowledge and awareness of financial and money-management skills and tools. At many meetings, we arrange to bring in industry-leading special guests to deliver timely information on the topics our Members want to learn more about. This educational curriculum is provided at no additional charge to Members. Members are also able to access at their convenience, the audio/video footage of most educational events including recordings of tele-classes that we offer throughout the year.

Full Access to the Club’s Officers and Executive Team – Different than investment vehicles such as Mutual Funds, members have the opportunity to interact directly with the offers and executive team of the Club not only at meetings, but through email and telephone communication as necessary.

Monthly Newsletter – Being a member allows you access to critical market and economy information from top investment and financial advisors in an easy to read newsletter. This monthly newsletter is a compelling read that updates you on significant happenings with the investment clubs, upcoming events, market commentaries, investment opportunities and lots more.

Networking With An Exceptional Group of Like-Minded Investors – Membership brings you into a club culture that allows you to learn, share and network with others who have similar goals and aspirations – becoming involved in the Club provides you a motivating and inspiring place to go, keeping you focused on achieving your investment goals and objectives.

In fact we are building a "Facebook" style community where our members can interact with one another and network on projects in and outside of the investment community.

Discounts And Special Offers – In addition to the free education provided at Club meetings, Members are also offered preferred rates on all educational courses delivered by the Club and its affiliates. As a result, Members are able to attend professional education programs at a major discount to the general public.

Side-By-Side Investment Opportunities – Occasionally, the Club will offer the Membership a “side-by-side” investment – in essence, this means that Members are able to invest funds directly into an investment alongside the Club itself. These opportunities are only provided to Members, and provide an unprecedented opportunity to participate in exciting investment opportunities normally inaccessible for the average investor.

Multimedia Learning Enviornment - Obviously many of our members may live in areas of the country where attending a live meeting would be cost or travel prohibited. For this reason many of our meetings will be broadcast live for the benefit of members who are unable to attend (please understand that these live broadcasts will be blacked out in the local markets that the meeting is taking place).

Multimedia Learning Enviornment 2 - From time to time the executive team, either through our own research or member requests will conduct live training and/or interviews with top investment experts and/or investing opportunities. These trainings will be free for members but will require advanced reservation.

Virtual Library - Inside the UIN members area we will have a virtual library of investment books for you to check out and read at your leisure. As a new book is added it will be summarized and reviewed. Each member will also have the opportunity to vote on each book as to whether the material contained was helpful or not.

Software Reviews - In the world of investing and trading there are numerous software programs and online tools that enable individual investors to make better more educated decisions when it comes to choosing investment and trading opportunities.

As a service to our members we will review programs that are available, summarize them and allow other members (who have experience with the program to rate the program as well). We believe this will help our members make better choices when it comes to the purchase of tools for the job.

Our goal is to also offer discounts on these programs to our members because of our group buying potential. We would love to hear from our members as to which software programs, tools or online services they would have us review.

Voting Control - Members of a given fund are provided direct voting control over what investments are made by the fund, and the members can adjust the portfolio targets, based on changes that may occur in the market. You, the Member Investors are given control over what your funds are used for – empowerment of you, the investor over your financial future is what we are all about.
