Overview

The Underground Investment Network (U.I.N.) is a unique education and investment concept. When people join a Club, they then have right to attend meetings, participate in Club votes, get discounts on educational events and products and listen to educational conference calls designed for Members.

It is unique because:

  * The Members have a chance to participate in Club and investment activities and decisions – because Members are actual participants, they are empowered to participate in the decisions that affect the membership in which they are members of;

  * A majority control or ownership is not exerted by the Executive Team – rather, it truly is a member-driven organization. This ensures that decisions made within the club are always in the best interest of the Members;

  * There is ongoing and regular communication between Members and the Executive Team, including regular club meetings throughout North America, as well as ongoing email communication through email and the Club’s website blogs and forums;

  * Our organization places heavy emphasis on education and knowledge. As a result, all of our Member meetings including an educational component, designed to enhance and increase the knowledge base of our members on a wide range of investing and money management topics;

  * We interact with the companies in which we showcase and sometimes these companies come to our meetings to give presentations or updates. We don’t simply make investment presentations blindly – we bring the investor into understanding why and what we are investing in;

  * The Club's connections, networks and relationships give it access to ground floor opportunities that are not generally available. These are opportunities in which only Members can participate. It is often difficult for the public to get access to such member exclusive opportunities.
